“ I ordered the tonkatsu (pictured) but also the cucumber salad appetizer (not pictured) and a spicy tuna roll (not pictured). Service was good and prompt...seat yourself, someone takes your order and brings the food to you, and you pay at the counter. The tonkatsu was delicious (and I'm a big tonkatsu fan). The tonkatsu was well cooked...not overcooked (which is a common mistake) so that the meat was still tender with the right amount of crunch with the breading (not a heavy breading, which I appreciate). This came with miso soup. The cucumber salad appetizer was refreshing and light. And 50% off all rolls...can't go wrong with that! I had leftovers to take back with me for lunch the next day. Total price for all three, including tax (but not tip) was just $27.53. Seriously...good value for good food. If I'm in this area, I'd definitely return to this place! ”
